About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Community Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our aged care recipients by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping
  • Provide emotional support and respite for family members or carers
  • Assist with personal care including bathing and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)

You will be working across various locations within the Nepean area and will need to have availability during weekdays. A reliable vehicle is essential for this role.
