Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Nurses to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent care results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice standards and evidence-based guidelines
  • Act as a Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
  • Work safely, protecting yourself, colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and comprehension of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
  • Effective conflict resolution skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Competent IT skills
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
