We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home.
About the Role:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures
- Supporting peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
- Working in a safe manner to protect oneself, colleagues, and residents closely following all policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly
- Current registration following completion of a diploma in nursing or similar qualification
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and understanding of age-related health issues
- Good coaching/training skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Customer-centric approach to business
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to apply for a police check and NDIS clearance
