Dynamic Clinical Care Specialist

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents in a residential setting. This dynamic role involves delivering high-quality clinical nursing services that align with best practice procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing person-centered care to the elderly and possess current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
We require someone with a thorough understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards, and demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes and age-related health issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with established nursing protocols.
- Leading by example, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
- Working safely to protect self, colleagues, and residents by adhering to all policies and procedures.
