Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at HMAS Cerberus located in Crib Point, VIC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and coordinate the maintenance of defence fleet.

  • Operate and manage company fleet vehicles, designated Defence fleet vehicles and hired vehicles.
  • Manage plans, schedules, organising and prioritising multiple requirements within the Transport Fleet.
  • Provide a transport booking service for self-drive vehicles, or driver and vehicle.
  • Ensure vehicles are issued in a clean, fully functional state, with fuel appropriate to meet the task, with appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure vehicle record keeping and documentation is fully maintained and achieved in the appropriate information management systems.
