Job Opportunity

This is a full-time position within a logistics-based organization, offering an excellent opportunity to apply administrative skills and develop in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or a related field)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Daily communication and collaboration with operations, management, and external stakeholders
  • Reporting including scope of works and project costing
  • Coordination of import and export orders
  • Documentation processing
  • Data entry
  • Liaison with carriers, clients, and internal and external teams
Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced coordinator who can manage warehouse operations through effective administration, documentation management, and coordination, ensuring road operations and maintenance activities run smoothly.

Prior industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. We will provide training on our systems and processes.
