Senior Research Associate in Genomic Analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Research Associate to join our team in the Pradhan lab.
The project focuses on studying the relationship between chromatin packaging and transcriptional regulation during development and disease in mammalian cells using single cell technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct experiments supporting research projects, ensuring methodological consistency and adherence to timelines.
- Review related literature to support experiment design and report development for presentations and seminars.
- Write and publish articles in peer-reviewed journals, maintaining high academic standards and showcasing scientific leadership.
- Collaborate with researchers within and outside the organization by exchanging ideas and implementing experiments.
- Recent PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genomics with strong bioinformatics skills.
- Proficiency in using single cell or low cell number experimental and/or clinical samples.
- Familiarity with open-source DNA-seq, Bisulfite-seq, ChIP-seq, and RNA-seq analysis pipelines, and public databases (e.g., UCSC Genome Browser, Ensembl).
- Knowledge of basic statistics.
- Experience in mammalian cell culture and NGS library preparation for DNA and RNA analysis.
