
Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our supply chain and warehousing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth inventory flow within the supply chain, including receiving and storing goods, inventory transfers and deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy using systems and processes, and adhering to OH&S and GMP standards.
- Key responsibilities:
- Goods Receipt: Verifying goods meet delivery standards and match ordered quantities.
- Recording transactions in the inventory management system.
- Dispatch and Stock Transfers: Preparing goods for safe movement and delivery, both internal and external.
- Recording transactions in the inventory management system.
- Inventory Storage and Accuracy: Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of inventory, maintaining quality standards through batch rotation and allergen control.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records to prevent shortages and fulfillment delays.
- Procurement and Warehouse Support: Coordinating inventory calls with Procurement and Storage Warehouses.
- Quality Assurance and Record Keeping: Maintaining QA requirements and record-keeping standards.
- Stocktakes and Counts: Assisting with stocktake and stock count completion.
- Posting stocktakes and counts in the inventory management system.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Receive accuracy >= 98%, Team inventory accuracy >= 98%, Warehouse GMP >= 100%.
