Inventory Manager Role
The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining and preparing data for accurate inventory performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supporting data for inventory analysis to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for inventory existence, including Sarbanes Oxley.
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to track inventory performance.
- Enter top 150 product lines and inventory data into the SAP system on a monthly basis, following forecast reviews.
- Monitor and run monthly consignment levels across all business divisions.
- Process daily stock transfers between warehouses.
- Resolve Return Goods Authorization (RGA) stock returns efficiently.
- Investigate and correct cycle count stock take discrepancies in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in warehousing and inventory management.
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues and external contacts at all levels.
