Role Overview

The Inclusive Employment Program Manager will lead the delivery of a comprehensive employment program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland, enabling more individuals to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers.

The Position

  • Determine and develop career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Cultivate inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on individuals with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Negotiate with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Arrange work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Preliminary workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Organize employer training to enhance disability awareness and inclusion.
  • BUILD EMPLOYER AND COMMUNITY NETWORKS TO CREATE JOB OPPORTUNITIES.
  • Promote our organization as a trusted provider supporting individuals with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Cultivate our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

You Bring:

  • A profound understanding of employment barriers faced by individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A current Driver's License - essential.
