Employment Program Leader

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to drive our employment programs across various regions in Australia. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and those who have experienced the justice system to reach their full potential through meaningful work, in partnership with employers and industries.

The selected candidate will oversee teams in Northern NSW, ACT, Victoria, North QLD, South East QLD, including Gold Coast and Brisbane, fostering a supportive environment that promotes excellence in target achievement while adhering to regulations and policies.

This role requires mentoring, coaching, and participating in initiatives to support the achievement of objectives as directed by our management team. As a Team Leader, you will be committed to promoting inclusion and economic participation for all Australians, particularly those who are highly disadvantaged, through community-based initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to achieve objectives
  • Participating in initiatives to promote inclusion and economic participation

We offer a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2025, based in Caloundra, with opportunities for extension and career progression within our organization. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities.
