Do you bring deep frontline experience in supporting people with disability into meaningful employment?
Are you passionate about mentoring others and shaping service delivery from the ground up?
Can you lead by example while delivering high-quality, person-centered support?
We are looking for a Senior Employment Coach to join our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team. This role is ideal for someone who has built strong foundations in employment services and is ready to expand their impact—supporting Participants with complex barriers, mentoring staff, and contributing to site performance. This is a role for someone who leads through experience—through empathy, through initiative, and through action.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role, with a strong track record of supporting people with disability into meaningful employment.
A deep understanding of the challenges faced by Participants with complex barriers, and the ability to deliver tailored, person-centered support.
A natural ability to mentor and guide others, with experience supporting new staff and contributing to team development.
Confidence in implementing innovative case management strategies and employment-focused programs that lead to outcomes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with Participants, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
A mature, proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status, as part of your employment journey with us
What you will bring:
Proven frontline experience and a readiness to take the next step in your career.
A passion for helping people overcome barriers and achieve employment goals.
The ability to support site performance through mentoring, program delivery, and collaborative practice.
A commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
