Job Title: Building Services Technician

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality maintenance services at our state-of-the-art clubs in Sydney.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Creating a preventative maintenance program and overseeing minor repairs and routine maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring contractors deliver in line with their service level agreements and agreed outcomes.
  • Resolving maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A motivated individual with relevant facility property maintenance experience.
  • First Aid certification and aligned experience in trade-based roles (plumber, fridge mechanic, specialist).
  • Multi-skilled with good knowledge of building services and regulatory compliance across facilities.
  • Ability to track repairs, maintenance, and contractors while ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain building maintenance concepts to others.
