Job Title: Service Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Service Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of excellent service to our clients in the building services industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance technicians for regular maintenance or breakdowns, ensuring all jobs performed are compliant with industry and security standards.

This role offers a great chance to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance technicians for regular maintenance or breakdowns
  • Manage the end-to-end process, scheduling the technicians and liaising with clients regarding call outs and parts updates
  • Ensure all jobs performed meet industry and security standards
  • Process invoices and receive payments from clients

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a service coordinator role in the building services industry
  • Highly developed prioritization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
