Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate credit cards and other financial payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, speech notes and diary packs with quality and timeliness.
  • Review, prioritize and direct complex requests from senior leaders.
  • Summarize and research information into concise formats for review.
  • Respond to or route priority inquiries with correspondence or messaging.
