Role Overview

The People and Culture Partner is an integral position responsible for collaborating with directors to sustain partnerships, providing timely advice, building manager capability, and protecting a positive workplace culture.

A Typical Day Will See You:
  • Partnering with managers and directors to enhance their capability through timely HR advice and training across the employee lifecycle
  • Interpreting Enterprise Agreement provisions, drawing upon relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to respond to enquiries
  • Maintaining a positive workplace culture and staff experience through daily coaching, mental health support, and family violence workplace initiatives
About This Opportunity

You will be an experienced Human Resources generalist with demonstrated experience as an internal consultant and partner in providing strategic and tactical day-to-day HRM advice.

You'll Bring Your Expertise In
  • Delivering contemporary solutions-focused HR initiatives
  • Influencing culture through advice and coaching, including formulating and delivering culture-shift strategies
  • Employee Relations, particularly in performance management, coaching leaders, case managing underperformance, and resolving disputes
  • Industrial relations and experience working with enterprise agreements
  • Navigating complex people matters and supporting stakeholders
