**About the Opportunity**
As our People and Culture Business Partner, you will partner with, coach and mentor People Managers and Leaders to shape our organisation's culture, drive high performance and develop talent and capability within their teams which will enable Vision Australia to achieve its Strategic Plan objectives. In this role you will also:

- Develop effective business partnering relationships with People Managers and Leaders by providing generalist and industrial relations HR advice and solutions consistent with the Strategic Plan and Workforce Strategy.
- Partner strategically with People Managers and Leaders in client groups to develop People Plans that supports achievement of business/strategic plans. The people plan will deliver on the Workforce Strategy with areas of focus on culture, performance and capability.
- Coach and mentor People Managers and Leaders, increasing their people management capability.

**About You**
As part of the People and Culture Team, you should have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management. In addition, extensive generalist HR Business Partnering experience is encouraged. You will also have:

- Strong knowledge of the Australian Industrial Relation Framework
- Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution
- Proven background at building and maintaining relationships at all levels within the organisation
