Job Title: Construction Dispute Lawyer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting principals in large scale arbitration and litigation. This includes providing advice on contract administration and claims, as well as managing files, analyzing discovery, and documenting using technology.

This role requires strong drafting skills and a working knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act and Australian Standards.

A minimum of 2-4 years post-admission experience (PAE) in commercial litigation and/or building & construction is required, along with excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
