To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, be empathetic, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You must also have eligibility or registration with the NDIS Quality & Safeguard Commission as a PBS Practitioner (Proficiency Level of Core and above) and hold relevant professional certifications.
