Behaviour Support Practitioner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide tailored support services to children and their families.

  • The successful candidate will assist participants in identifying their needs through assessment and collaborative planning.
  • Evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support environment.
  • Create meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework.
  • Ensure individual plans reflect our participants' goals, passions and strengths.
  • Foster the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.

About the Role:

  • Work from our clinic spaces or autonomously in community-based work settings.
  • A gradual caseload ramp-up to support your transition into the role.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team and experienced Clinical Leads.
  • Autonomy to work flexibly to suit school schedules, childcare and life commitments.

About You:

  • A current Proficient or Advanced level suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential.
  • Considerable experience providing support to individuals with behaviours of concern is vital.
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality support services that make a positive impact on children's lives.
