About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team and work collaboratively with people with disability and their families/stakeholders. Key duties include:
- Conducting comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans that promote positive outcomes.
- Teaching and encouraging appropriate behaviours through targeted interventions.
- Upskilling others in the person's life to promote positive change.
- Reducing challenging behaviours and minimising restrictive practices.
