Job Overview

This is a challenging leadership role that requires a strategic leader to oversee procurement operations, commercial assurance, accounts payable, travel & expense management, and extended worker time & materials lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will lead a diverse portfolio, define service standards and KPIs aligned to strategic goals, foster a culture of inclusive leadership, and coach teams to think boldly and act with integrity.

They will also identify opportunities for innovation, lead change with confidence, and take a holistic view of processes and impacts.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-impact portfolio across Procurement Operations, Commercial Assurance, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Management, and Extended Worker Time & Materials Lifecycle Management.
  • Define service standards and KPIs aligned to strategic goals; consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Foster a culture of inclusive leadership, personal growth, and continuous improvement; coach teams and stakeholders to think boldly and act with integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and lead change with confidence; take a holistic view of processes and impacts.
Key Requirements
  • Strategic and compassionate leader with deep expertise in procurement and commercial operations.
  • Proven experience in business and financial operations, with a track record of delivering cultural change, process efficiency, automation, and commercial transformation in complex, customer-centric environments.
  • Experience in shared services, governance, risk management, and business continuity with clarity and purpose; skilled in leading outsourced services and supplier relationships.
  • Qualifications in Finance, Business, or Risk Management plus strong business acumen and ability to generate value through insight and performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills; capable of planning with precision, leading with empathy, and growing others.
