Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategic Leader to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing procurement plans and strategies to meet service requirements, challenging and motivating service providers to optimise service outcomes, and enhancing stakeholder engagement and promoting collaboration across Brands.

This role will partner with stakeholders to develop innovative supply/service strategies, lead high-level negotiations, and successfully deliver procurement activities that achieve optimal service and commercial outcomes.

The Procurement Strategic Leader will ensure effective governance processes are integrated into procurement activities, incorporate business insights and objectives into the development of strategies, and develop innovative procurement solutions at a project/category/Brand level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to meet service requirements
  • Challenging and motivating service providers to optimise service outcomes
  • Enhancing stakeholder engagement and promoting collaboration across Brands
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong experience in managing procurement processes, evaluation and contract formation, minimum 5 years
  • Strong communication skills to efficiently communicate strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong experience in building relationships, with leadership experience in managing high performing teams
