The Position

We're currently looking for an experienced professional to lead our Human Factors team. You'll support projects in developing and delivering Human Factors Integration by working with delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver Human Factors plans and assurance arguments
  • Identify, document, and manage Human Factors issues
  • Define, document, and manage Derived Requirements
  • Deliver Human Factors analyses, activities, and results throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide input into Design activities and deliverables
  • Participate in Safety Assurance activities and deliverables
  • Contribute to Systems Engineering and System Assurance activities and deliverables
  • Coordinate and communicate Human Factors program work with project teams and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics discipline
  • Experience in Human Factors Integration in rail industry
  • Knowledge of Human Factors Integration processes and standards
  • Application of Human Factors methods
  • Management of internal and external interfaces
  • Human Factors issue management
