Fleet Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a fleet of vehicles, ensuring seamless logistics and effective management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate vehicle schedules for maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinating reservations, usage, and maintenance requests for vehicles.
- Tracking vehicle inventory to ensure optimal supply levels.
- Managing driver schedules and enforcing compliance with regulations and standards.
- Communicating with drivers regarding their schedules and responsibilities.
- Collaborating with mechanics to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Conducting regular vehicle inspections to guarantee their working order.
- Developing and implementing policies related to fleet management with management.
- Analyzing fleet data to identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting the Plant Accountant with procurement tasks and monthly recharges.
- Presenting reports on fleet operations to management.
Requirements:
- Certification in Office Administration and Organisation.
- Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
- A valid driver's license.
