Caterpillar Fleet Management Specialist

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise for Caterpillar Fleet Management Applications, ensuring the technology framework is maintained and changes are implemented in line with business standards.
- Specialist level technical support (Incident and Problem Resolution) for Caterpillar Fleet Management Applications.
- Maintaining a technology blueprint and implementing changes in accordance with business requirements.
A strong focus on finding individuals with values, leadership, and communication skills is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in Caterpillar or Komatsu technologies, as well as foster collaborative working relationships across all stakeholder groups.
The role requires occasional site visits with overnight stays to support operational resources and stakeholders. Responsibilities include engaging with OEM support teams and operational teams to meet operational safety and productivity targets.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess specialist knowledge of Caterpillar and Komatsu technologies. Key qualifications include:
- Technical support for Caterpillar Fleet Management Applications.
- Familiarity with the change process and maintenance of a technology framework.
