Vehicle Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Care Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Ensure all company vehicles are clean and maintained in line with fleet policy.
  • Assist in workshop activities including fleet and depot maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the fleet by washing and cleaning all vehicles as instructed.
  • Operate and maintain the wash bay in line with manufacturers' operating instructions.
  • Perform safety inspections on designated equipment and raise any safety concerns or damage to relevant staff.
  • Perform general inspections on vehicles and raise any concerns on vehicle damage and suspected un-roadworthiness.
  • Maintain documentation and records on depot items that fall under the control of GSE Fleet and in line with authority, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Support the workshop in coordinating fleet movement.
  • Support workshop cleanliness and presentation.
  • Provide advice to managers on all aspects of fleet condition.
  • Contribute to systems, procedural, and service improvements.
  • Assist fellow employees and managers as requested.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude/workshop/fleet experience.
  • Minimum HC license.
  • Forklift license.
  • Able to operate machinery and have a willingness to learn new equipment.
