Job Title:

Senior Analyst/Manager - Project Governance

  • Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of milestone closure and assurance schedules, facilitate the development of Independent Assurer's areas of focus, coordinate with workstream project managers on collation of milestone closure artefacts, and manage the process to obtain formal approval.

Working Relationship:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the group to facilitate and support milestone closure and assurance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional services firm or financial institution in a controls assurance or internal audit function.
  • Proficient understanding of internal control frameworks and experience in assessing control design and operating effectiveness.
  • Experience in managing changes and change control over key project artefacts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
