Operations Role

This role is part of the Amazon Business Operations team, responsible for improving last mile performance and analyzing delivery experience metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis, cross-team coordination, and communication with senior management.

  • Manage high-level customer escalations and feedback, including analyzing Voice of Customer (VOC) data and participating in weekly business reviews.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis on top-performing locations, third-party vendor performance, and business operating hours.
  • Analyze data to drive measurable improvements.
  • Support program managers with critical business initiatives and programs.
  • Communicate updates to program managers and senior management.
  • Oversee the customer onboarding process for a key service offering.
  • Govern KPI reporting for portfolio programs, providing visibility on milestones and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience, including formula creation in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of VBA and Excel Macro creation and modification.
  • Experience using data to identify root causes and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end-to-end project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related technical or quantitative field.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts such as forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics through work experience or graduate education.
