Senior People Strategy Leader

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who excels in driving business performance through strategic people initiatives.

This role requires the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Develop and implement people strategies that drive business results.
  • Lead P&C initiatives, from workforce planning to succession and talent development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, informing leadership capability and decision-making.
  • Champion programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and team effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters with a balanced approach.
  • Oversee compliance across policies, awards, visas, and WHS, ensuring best practice and regulatory alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects within the P&C function to enhance culture and performance.
  • Play a key role in embedding a high-performance, values-led culture across the organization.

About You: You're an experienced HR professional with at least five years in an HR Business Partner or broad generalist role, ideally with a background in a regulated or high-compliance environment.

Key strengths include:

  • Sound knowledge of corporate governance, APRA regulations, and employment law.
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Confidence working with systems and technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
  • The ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A tertiary qualification in Law, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
