The role will act as the primary customer contact, fostering relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, you must be able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promoting Epiroc's capabilities and solutions.

- Highly developed communication skills and emotional intelligence
- An understanding of how to balance customer advocacy with favourable commercial outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to find common ground with people approaching projects from differing perspectives.
- The ability to make decisions within set parameters, and the confidence to deliver information to various levels within both Epiroc and the customer's organisations
- A background in and an understanding of business development, account management or general sales
- A technical aptitude- you don't need to be an expert regarding machinery as you will be supported in that space, but a solid understanding of technical considerations is important
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel.
- Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded
