Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer solutions team by delegating tasks, providing coaching, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
- Contribute to the development of customer solutions strategies.
- Develop client and supplier relationships.
- Ensure successful delivery of requests for proposals (RFPs) and quotations, including research, accurate and compelling content.
- Support in the proposal build stages and budget creation.
- Negotiate with suppliers, driving innovation and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in events industry or group travel industry in Operations and Account Management.
- A desire to move into a key leadership role.
- Sound knowledge of procurement, product and market trends, and negotiation skills.
- Technical proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
