The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting leadership capacity, as well as knowledge of and experience within the ITSM/ESM domain for 3+ years.

About the Job

This role involves leading a Solutions Engineering team, motivating and coaching team members, prioritizing and driving key results, working with the team to investigate and assess client pain points, and partnering with sales management to align the SE team to sales goals.
