Role OverviewAs a Workforce Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment efforts and creating a positive candidate experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies through platforms like LinkedIn and Seek.
- Build and maintain external talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and regional locations.
- Collaborate with agency partners to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Provide exceptional candidate care by responding promptly, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of respect and transparency.
- Lead our graduate intake program, crafting engaging ads and managing candidates to reflect our organization's values.
- Establish strong relationships with universities, unlocking opportunities for career fairs, student placements, guest lecturing, and more.
- Leverage professional networks and industry associations to stay top-of-mind for top talent.
- Deliver regular reporting on key recruitment metrics to inform and improve our efforts.
- Support hiring managers with interview training, question libraries, and guidance on unconscious bias to ensure inclusive candidate interactions.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably across both agency and in-house environments.
- Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to candidate engagement.
- A passion for employer branding and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Commitment to DE&I principles and inclusive hiring practices.
