Job Title: Highway Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • To implement and oversee complex traffic plans in a dynamic environment.
  • To lead a team of professionals to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

Requirements:

  • A current White Card, valid Driver's License, AWTM and/or WTM and/or OTMA Accreditation.
  • Previous experience in Team Leading/Crew Leading, safety focus, and physical fitness.

Additional Information:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting traffic management services, load and unload vehicles with signage & equipment, and implementing Traffic Management Plans & Traffic Guidance Schemes.
  • Duties include accurately following instructions, completing Vehicle Pre-Start Checks and Daily Diaries, and submitting relevant paperwork.
