- Your opportunity
At Mott MacDonald we are always looking for committed and innovative people to join us. Our Transport sector is seeking a Road and Highways Leader to manage and work on Iconic Australian west coast-based projects. You will be responsible for leading our roads and highway projects whilst working to build our pipeline of projects and exceed client expectations.
The key requirements of this role include:

- Provide strategic leadership across our Western Australian Roads & Highways team
- Provide technical leadership and driving technical excellence, ensuring expected client outcomes to road and highway projects
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams on large and complex projects through delivery phase
- Build on client relationships to continue our strong pipeline of opportunities
- Develop and mentor less experienced team members

About you

- Project and/or Design Management experience on Western Australian roads and highways
- Established relationships with relevant governmental agencies and contracting clients
- Registered Qualified Civil Engineering qualifications eligible for membership to the Institute of Engineers Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication and good presentation skills
- Understanding of health, safety and welfare matters
