Conveyancing Administrator Role

Stockland seeks a skilled Conveyancing Administrator to support our Masterplanned communities portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively in a national contracts team.

The role is based in our Brisbane head office and offers flexibility to balance working from the office and home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute contracts, manage contracts, and registration
  • Support plan registration, manage settlement, and post-settlement activities
  • Manage PEXA subscriptions, maintain skills, and sign financials
  • Comply with Compliance Plans relative to Conveyancing
  • Participate in Release to Settle Transformation and other relevant projects

About the Role

  • Minimum 12 months experience in Conveyancing or similar environment
  • Hold a conveyancing licence would be advantageous
  • PEXA experience is a must, with DocuSign, SharePoint, or Salesforce experience ideal
  • Strong collaborator, self-starter, and problem solver
