The Opportunity OverviewA leading residential aged care provider is seeking an experienced and motivated clinical leader to join their team as a Key Clinical Coordinator.
Job DescriptionAs a Key Clinical Coordinator, you will provide clinical leadership and work collaboratively with the care team, residents, and families to oversee and guide effective resident-focused clinical outcomes. You will undertake or supervise others to undertake clinical care for individual residents as required, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
- Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, care plans.
