Infinite Aged Care is expanding into Victoria with exciting Clinical Care Manager opportunities at our first purpose-built, architecturally designed aged care home in Knoxfield, just 33km southeast of Melbourne CBD.

About You

At Infin8care, we hire based on attitude and aptitude. You should be aligned with our philosophy and values, possess strong communication skills, be a natural leader, computer literate, and committed to resident wellbeing. The key requirements include:

  1. Minimum of 12 months experience as a Clinical Manager or similar leadership position.
  2. A Bachelor of Nursing degree.
  3. Valid AHPRA Registration.
  4. Experience in preparing and conducting clinical assessments.
  5. Comfortable and experienced in developing care plans.
  6. Familiar with AN-ACC and associated compliance requirements.
  7. Willing to work to meet the needs of residents and the facility.
  8. Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
