Key Responsibilities

We seek a seasoned Clinical Coordinator to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in our residential aged care facility.


Main Tasks
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical care to individual residents, encompassing complex wound management, pain control, behavior management, and end-of-life care.
  • Foster collaboration with residential staff, medical professionals, allied health practitioners, and hospital specialists to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills
  • Possess current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
  • Have recent experience in caring for residents with complex needs, particularly those requiring high-level care and dementia support.
  • Demonstrate expertise in wound care, palliative care, behavior management, clinical assessments, and care planning.
