Job Title

Clinical Care Specialist - Enrolled Nurse

St John of God Health Care seeks a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide optimal patient care by collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient management.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain and develop clinical skills required to deliver high-quality holistic patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor patient progress and escalate any changes or concerns to a registered nurse or manager.
  • Document patient care accurately and provide education to patients and their families as required.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • At least 12 months recent acute experience in general medical and/or surgical nursing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support effective teamwork.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continuously improve nursing practice.

Benefits:

  • Casual hourly rate: $39.78 to $47.50 dependant on experience, plus 12% superannuation.
