Senior Technical Training Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a key position in our tax team, as a Senior Training Specialist. As a senior member of the team, you will oversee and manage the creation, delivery, and continuous optimisation of technical training for our tax professionals nationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with senior leaders across our tax service lines, learning and development, and other subject matter experts to coordinate delivery of timely and relevant training programs.
- Manage national technical training schedule and resources, ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders.
- Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by tax team members.
- Lead national training projects as required, preparing project reports and status updates.
- A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (5 years postgraduate experience).
- Experience in managing a holistic technical development program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with key stakeholders on training needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent time management skills.
