Key to our success is the ability to deliver high-quality documentation across complex technical environments. As a Content Developer, you will play a pivotal role in this process by crafting clear and accessible content that supports engineers, solution architects, and cybersecurity specialists.

Your primary responsibility will be to distil complex technical information into well-structured and concise documentation. This requires strong writing, editing, and formatting skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and document control systems.

You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract and structure technical information, write and edit content for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Additionally, you will ensure that documentation aligns with compliance, governance, and information security standards.

To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Australian Citizenship, and an active NV1 security clearance. You will also contribute to a nationally significant ICT delivery program, collaborate with a supportive team known for quality and professionalism, and enjoy long-term contract arrangements with flexible working options.
