Key Responsibilities
  • Create technical content for bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with brand and client requirements.
  • Contribute to win themes and messaging, integrating them into written and graphic content.
  • Review submission guidelines and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines.
  • Support bid workshops, kick-off meetings, and post-submission content management.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or project management, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
  • Proven experience working with technical SMEs, strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Defence-specific bids and frameworks is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills, with a collaborative approach.
