Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire their team, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will work closely with the kitchen to maintain high standards, build strong relationships with colleagues, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our food and beverage offerings to promote them confidently to guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support Food & Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
