Operational Services Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Services Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and investigating the implementation of systems that provide optimal utilisation of departmental resources.
- Ensuring ongoing staff training programs and participation in recruitment and selection processes.
- Implementing and reviewing operational policies, procedures, and goals to ensure staff are developed to full potential.
- Coordinating routine maintenance of plant and equipment with onsite and external contractors.
- Ensuring effective reporting and recording systems for quality activities and documentation.
- Financial management of service delivery, including cost centre management.
- Motivated and experienced leader with a proven track record of implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
