Job Opportunity

Oaks Hotels, Resorts and Suites is currently seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team.

This full-time position involves regular morning and weekend shifts. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and presentation every time.

The ideal candidate will inspire their team, work closely with the kitchen, and maintain high standards.

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficient service.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve operational goals.
  • Build knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff to perform at their best.
Key Qualifications
  • 12+ months in supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
