Store Operations Leader

Our organization seeks an exceptional leader to drive the success of our store operations. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising daily store activities to ensure outstanding service is delivered to customers.

This entails collaborating closely with Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and coaching team members
  • Providing genuine service and creating meaningful experiences for customers
  • Maintaining a safe work environment for all employees and customers
  • Leading a team and delegating tasks to available skill sets

About You:

  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness to take on that role
  • Strong leadership work ethic
  • Previous retail or trade experience including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
  • Ideal mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license
  • Physical capacity to perform duties of the role
