National Liaison Leadership Role

As a Strategic Liaison Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and monitoring national and international issues at a strategic level. You will provide high-level quality advice and support to senior executives, including the Minister for Police, on organisational issues in the national context.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the National Liaison Office, ensuring effective management of staff, functions, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Represent the division and manage liaison and coordination with stakeholders in the development and delivery of strategic policy in the national context.
- Build and sustain partnerships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders and negotiate outcomes to support the achievement of expected service delivery outcomes.
- Previous experience in government policy, criminology, and/or inter-jurisdictional engagement will be highly desirable.
- The ability to foster and maintain a work environment committed to professional standards, ethical practices, and continuous improvement.
