This is an exciting chance to be part of the Education Futures Institute in a key leadership role.

The Principal Officer position involves delivering high-quality capability development programs for school support and corporate staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the design and delivery of capability programs for school support and corporate staff.
  • Coordinating and supporting management of capability programs, including procurement, project milestones, deliverables, and coordination across multiple cohorts.
  • Developing resources and materials associated with capability programs.
  • Providing high-quality advice, briefs, submissions, papers, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Leading and maintaining liaison, communication, and coordination with key stakeholders to develop coordinated implementation strategies to achieve required outcomes.

The ideal applicant demonstrates a deep understanding of education vision and strategic directions, as well as high-level written and oral communication skills. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and bring problem-solving and prioritization skills.
